1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging
You received the wrong item, a defective item, or your order was damaged in transit

2. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), Rezwo covers the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong book, no longer needed), you are responsible for return shipping.

3. Digital Books

All digital book purchases are final once delivered.
If you received the wrong file or experience download issues, contact us within 7 days. We’ll resolve it case-by-case, including possible replacement or technical support.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Reason for return
Photo evidence if the product is damaged or incorrect

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
