1. What does Rezwo sell?

Rezwo offers a curated selection of books across various genres and academic fields. From textbooks to literature, our goal is to provide affordable and reliable reading materials for students and readers nationwide.


2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.


3. What shipping options are available?

We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders.
Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days via USPS.
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location and postal conditions.


4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
At this time, international shipping is not available.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Track your shipment through the carrier’s (USPS) website.


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on physical books within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.

  • If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Digital book purchases are non-refundable once delivered.


7. How do I request a return or exchange?

8. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


9. What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.


10. My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

Please notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


11. Do you sell digital books?

Yes. Digital textbooks are delivered instantly via email once payment is confirmed.
If you don’t receive your download link within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for help.
